How to use

Place the plancha on a stable, heat-resistant surface in a well-ventilated outdoor area. Connect a compatible gas cylinder according to the gas type recommended by the manufacturer and check all connections for leaks before ignition. Ignite the burner using the built-in ignition or manual method, then adjust the control valve to reach the desired cooking temperature. Preheat the plate briefly for even searing, apply a small amount of cooking oil if needed, and cook food in batches to avoid overloading the surface. After cooking, turn off the gas supply and allow the plate to cool before cleaning.

Recommendations

For best results, preheat the plancha for a few minutes to ensure uniform surface temperature and use an appropriate medium-heat setting for most foods. Clean the plate while it is still warm (but not hot) by scraping off residues and wiping with a damp cloth; finish with a light oiling to protect the surface. Always follow the gas safety guidelines and use the appliance outdoors only.
