Guaina intrecciata DeLOCK 20806 10 m x 25 mm bianco

The DeLOCK Braided Sleeve 20806 is a 10 m long, 25 mm wide protective sleeve made of polyester designed to organize and protect cables, wires and tubes. It withstands temperatures from -40 to 125 °C and provides abrasion and heat resistance while remaining flexible and reusable.

Advantages

The braided sleeve is stretchable to accommodate multiple cables of different diameters. Its polyester construction provides good abrasion resistance and heat resistance. The sleeve is reusable — cables and tubes can be added or removed multiple times — and can be shortened to the required length using a hot cutting tool.

Suitable for

• Bundling and protecting power and data cables
• Organizing wiring in PCs, AV equipment and server racks
• Protecting exposed electrical tubes and hoses
• Applications requiring resistance to abrasion and elevated temperatures

How to use

Slide the sleeve over the cables, wires or tubes to be protected; due to its stretchable construction it will expand to fit bundles of varying diameters. For retrofitting, add or remove cables by pushing them through the braid. To shorten the sleeve to the desired length, cut with a hot cutting tool to seal the ends and prevent fraying.

Recommendations

For best results, select a sleeve diameter slightly larger than the bundled cable diameter to allow easy installation. Use appropriate protective gloves when working with hot cutting tools and avoid exposing the sleeve to open flames beyond its specified temperature range.
