Guaina intrecciata DeLOCK autochiudente resistente al calore 2 m x 19 mm giallo

The DeLOCK Woven Sleeve is a self-closing, heat-resistant cable sleeve designed to protect exposed cables, wires and electrical tubes from dirt, abrasion and heat. Made from polyester with continuous monofilament and multifilament fibres, the sleeve provides increased flame resistance and mechanical durability. It measures 2 m in length and 19 mm in diameter and is supplied in yellow.

Advantages

The woven construction combines monofilament and multifilament fibres to improve abrasion resistance and flame retardancy while remaining flexible. The self-closing design allows cables to be inserted and removed multiple times without additional tools. The sleeve is cuttable to length using a hot cutting tool to seal the cut edge and prevent fraying. It is suitable for a wide temperature range from -50 °C to 150 °C.

Suitable for

• Bundling and protecting cables and wire harnesses
• Insulating electrical tubes and exposed wiring
• Use in environments requiring heat resistance and abrasion protection

Key specifications

• Brand: DELOCK
• Model / MPN: 20870
• EAN: 4043619208708
• Material: Polyester (monofilament and multifilament fibres)
• Colour: Yellow
• Length: 2 m
• Diameter: 19 mm
• Temperature range: -50 °C to 150 °C
• Type: Self-closing woven sleeve

How to use

Open the self-closing sleeve slightly, insert the cables or wires along the sleeve length and allow the woven material to close around them. Add or remove cables as needed; the sleeve will re-close after each operation. If a shorter length is required, cut the sleeve cleanly with a hot cutting tool to simultaneously trim and seal the edge to avoid fraying.

Recommendations

For best results, verify that the sleeve diameter fits your cable bundle before installation and use a suitable hot cutting tool to seal cut ends. Avoid exposure to open flames or chemicals beyond the specified temperature and environmental limits.
