Guaina intrecciata DeLOCK autochiudente resistente al calore 2 m x 25 mm giallo

The DeLOCK Woven Sleeve is a self-closing, heat-resistant sleeve designed to protect exposed cables, wires and electrical tubing from dirt, abrasion and heat. Made of durable polyester woven from monofilament and multifilament fibres, it provides increased flame resistance and abrasion protection. The sleeve measures 2 m in length and 25 mm in width and is cuttable for custom lengths; a hot cutting tool is recommended for a clean edge.

Advantages

The self-closing design allows cables to be added or removed multiple times without tools, while the woven polyester construction offers good heat resistance across an operating range from -50 °C to 150 °C. Its abrasion-resistant and flame-retardant fibre blend improves protection for cable bundles and the bright yellow colour enhances visibility during installation.

Suitable for

• Bundling and protecting power and data cables
• Insulating wiring in industrial or automotive applications
• Covering exposed electrical tubing and connectors
• Retrofitting or organising existing cable harnesses

How to use

Cut the woven sleeve to the required length using an appropriate cutting tool; a hot cutting tool is recommended to seal the ends and prevent fraying. Open the self-closing sleeve, insert the cables or tubing, and allow the weave to contract around the bundle. Cables can be added or removed as needed by expanding the sleeve and repositioning components along its length.

Recommendations

For best results, seal cut ends with a hot cutter or heat source to prevent fraying and maintain abrasion resistance. Avoid prolonged exposure above the maximum operating temperature to preserve material properties and flame resistance.
