How to use

Measure the internal depth of the cabinet to confirm it falls within the 600–800 mm range. Position the rail inside the cabinet aligning the 19" mounting holes with the cabinet mounting posts. Secure the rail using appropriate rack screws and cage nuts or threaded mounting posts depending on the cabinet type. Verify alignment and adjust the rail position if necessary to ensure mounted equipment sits squarely and front mounting holes match the device ears or brackets. After installation, mount equipment following the device manufacturer’s mounting instructions and secure using the correct hardware.

Recommendations

For safe and reliable installation, use M6 or M5 rack screws and compatible cage nuts as required by your cabinet. Distribute mounted weight across multiple units and secure heavier equipment at the top and bottom mounting points. Inspect mounting hardware periodically and confirm that the cabinet depth remains compatible if relocating rails between enclosures.
