Hama 00205271 connettore coassiale F 2 pz.

The Hama Coaxial Connector F-type 00205271 comes as a pack of 2 F-type connectors designed for reliable transmission of RF signals over coaxial cable. Each connector provides a standard F-type interface that fits common coaxial cables used in antenna, satellite and cable TV installations. The metal construction and threaded coupling ensure a firm mechanical and electrical contact for consistent signal quality in home and professional setups.

Advantages

These F-type coaxial connectors offer a compact design and straightforward screw-on attachment that simplifies installation without special tools. Their standardized F-type interface ensures broad compatibility with a variety of coaxial cable types and consumer equipment. The connectors are built to provide low contact resistance and stable mechanical retention to reduce signal loss and intermittent connections.

Suitable for

• Connecting TV set-top boxes and cable television receivers
• Joining satellite dish or LNB coaxial cables
• Linking indoor or rooftop antenna cables to tuners
• Short patch connections in home AV and RF distribution systems

Key specifications

• Connector type: F-type (screw-on)
• Package quantity: 2 pieces
• Material: metal body with conductive inner contact
• Interface: male F-threaded coupling for coaxial cable
• Intended cable compatibility: standard coaxial cables used for RF (75 Ω systems)

How to use

Prepare the coaxial cable by stripping the outer jacket, braid and dielectric to the appropriate lengths for an F-type screw-on installation, exposing the central conductor. Slide the connector onto the prepared cable end and screw the threaded body onto the cable until it is tightened securely, ensuring the central conductor makes solid contact with the connector core. After installation, check the connection by plugging the connector into the device or wall outlet and verifying signal presence. Follow safety practices and disconnect power to active equipment where applicable before handling.

Recommendations

For optimal performance, use connectors with properly prepared 75 Ω coaxial cables and avoid over-tightening which may deform the connector or cable. Inspect connectors periodically for corrosion or looseness in outdoor or humid environments, and replace damaged parts to maintain signal integrity.
