Why choose it

The Odin Huginn 2.0 is a versatile softshell pant that excels in active mountain scenarios. The 4-way stretch fabric moves with you, eliminating binding and restriction during high steps or rock moves. Its wind resistance and DWR finish provide reliable protection in changeable alpine conditions, while the breathable construction prevents overheating on sustained climbs. Details like the zipped thigh pocket keep essentials secure, and the boot hooks integrate with mountaineering footwear for a clean, gaiter-like seal. With a PFC-free DWR and Bluesign® approved materials, it's also a responsible choice for environmentally conscious adventurers.

Ideal use cases

• Hiking and trekking in exposed terrain
• Mountaineering and alpine scrambling
• Three-season backpacking (spring, summer, autumn)
• Fastpacking and lightweight missions
• Everyday outdoor wear in cool, breezy conditions

Good to know

These pants are cut for a regular/athletic fit that accommodates light layering underneath without excess bulk. For colder conditions, pair with a baselayer or light insulation. The snap-adjustable hems allow you to fine-tune the fit over different boot types, and the boot hooks prevent the cuffs from riding up. Care: machine wash cold, do not use fabric softener, tumble dry low or hang dry to preserve DWR performance.
