192 mm wide and 38 mm tall — these green file folder labels deliver a full-width identification strip that transforms any standard file spine into a clearly marked, professional index. With a permanent adhesive and a matte, opaque paper face, they are built to stay put and remain legible for years.

Overview

The HERMA Special 5094 pack contains 175 self-adhesive labels, arranged as 7 per sheet across 25 A4 sheets. Each label is a precise rectangle of 192 x 38 mm, perfectly sized for file folders, lever arch files, and binder spines. The green colour provides a strong visual cue for colour-coded filing systems, while the matte finish eliminates glare and accepts handwriting, inkjet, or laser printing with equal ease.

What stands out

• Permanent adhesive keeps labels firmly attached to paper, cardboard, and most file surfaces.
• Opaque material completely hides previous markings or printed text underneath.
• Matte surface is smudge-resistant and easy to write on with pen or marker.
• Green colour supports fast visual categorisation in offices, archives, and home filing.
• Compatible with both laser and inkjet printers for customised printing.
