iiyama ProLite TF1734MC-B8X monitor touch open-frame 17 pollici SXGA

The iiyama ProLite TF1734MC-B8X is a 17-inch SXGA open-frame touchscreen monitor with projected capacitive (PCAP) multi-touch, designed for integration into kiosks, machines and embedded systems. Its 1280 x 1024 (5:4) panel and edge-mount metal chassis make it easy to build into enclosures, with HDMI, DisplayPort and VGA inputs for new or legacy hosts.

Advantages

The open-frame design with mounting brackets fits neatly behind a bezel or panel, while the bonded PCAP glass gives smooth, responsive multi-touch and a durable, easy-to-clean surface. It supports through-glass touch for protective overlays, and its compact 5:4 SXGA format suits industrial, POS and self-service interfaces. Multiple video inputs simplify integration with existing hardware.

Suitable for

• Kiosk, vending and self-service terminals
• Industrial machine and control panels
• Embedded and panel-mount installations

How to use

Integrate the open-frame display into your enclosure using the edge brackets or VESA points, connect video via HDMI, DisplayPort or VGA, and attach the USB touch cable to the host. PCAP touch works with Windows out of the box; install drivers for advanced multi-touch on other operating systems. Calibrate after fitting any protective glass overlay.

Recommendations

Allow clearance for cabling and ventilation when building it into an enclosure. If adding a protective glass layer, keep it within the supported thickness for through-glass touch and recalibrate. Clean the surface with a soft, lightly damp cloth.
