Incisione laser xTool F1 Ultra (F1U) con set nastro trasportatore — xTool

xTool F1 Ultra (F1U) with Conveyor Kit combines a high-speed dual‑laser engraving machine and an automatic conveyor feeder into a single workstation for automated engraving, cutting and batch processing. The kit is designed to increase throughput and repeatability for hobbyists, makers, small manufacturers and creative studios, pairing the F1 Ultra engraving unit with a conveyor that expands usable material area and automates feeding and positioning.

Advantages

The xTool F1 Ultra features a dual 20 W laser system (fiber + diode), Auto Streamline™ path optimization and up to 10,000 mm/s engraving speed for fast, high‑precision results. The conveyor feeder enlarges the workable area, supports up to 10 kg load and enables automatic part recognition and alignment via the integrated camera and xTool Creative Space software. 3D Curve™ engraving, a 16 MP camera for live preview, automatic focus and support for many file formats ensure accurate reproduction and high repeatability across batches.

Suitable for

• Batch engraving and personalization of small items (tags, keychains, plates)
• Jewelry marking and small parts serialisation
• Prototype and small‑scale production of decorated or engraved components
• Engraving on metals, wood, leather, acrylic and many plastics

How to use

Install the F1 Ultra and attach the conveyor according to the supplied mounting instructions; the unit ships pre‑assembled. Use xTool Creative Space or LightBurn to import vector or raster files (SVG, DXF, JPG, PNG, etc.), select material presets or set parameters manually via Material EasySet™, and position the design using the camera preview or Snapshot Preview. For batch jobs, load parts onto the conveyor, set the job layout in software and start the automatic feeding cycle. Monitor work progress through the live camera preview and adjust settings as needed.

Recommendations

For consistent results, use the provided material presets when available and perform a test engraving on a sample piece before starting a batch. Keep the enclosure closed during operation, use the smoke extraction system and follow local safety guidelines for laser use.
