InLine poggiapolsi per tastiera M 360x70x18mm

The InLine Wrist Rest M 360x70x18mm is a compact ergonomic accessory created to provide wrist support during typing. Constructed from textile material with a black finish, this wrist rest offers a low-profile cushion that aligns with standard keyboards. Its dimensions—360 mm width, 70 mm depth and 18 mm height—make it suitable for medium-sized keyboards and compact desk setups where continuous wrist contact and support are required.

Advantages

The textile surface provides a comfortable, breathable contact area that resists slipping while maintaining a soft feel. The low 18 mm height minimizes wrist extension and promotes a neutral hand position, which can reduce static strain during prolonged typing. The black color integrates unobtrusively into most office and home environments, and the robust construction supports daily use without excessive wear.

How to use

Place the wrist rest directly in front of your keyboard so that your palms rest lightly on the cushion while your fingers reach the keys. Adjust the keyboard and chair height to ensure your forearms are roughly parallel to the desk surface and wrists remain in a neutral, relaxed position. Keep the wrist rest clean by wiping the textile surface with a damp cloth and allow it to dry before use.

Recommendations

Use the wrist rest as a support for the base of the palms rather than as a hard brace; avoid resting all weight on the cushion. Combine with regular breaks, proper typing posture and an appropriately adjusted chair and monitor to reduce fatigue and maintain ergonomic benefits.
