Irrigatore a scomparsa Gardena 8231-20 nero 1 pz.

The GARDENA Pop-up Sprinkler MD40 (08231-20) is designed for automatic irrigation of medium-sized lawns as part of the GARDENA Sprinklersystem. The pop-up design keeps the sprinkler mostly out of sight when not in use while delivering precise, even water distribution to maintain a green, healthy lawn. With a 1/2" internal thread and compatibility with other GARDENA Sprinklersystem products, the MD40 can be integrated into existing sprinkler installations. The nozzle has the same water flow as GARDENA T200 and T380 sprinklers, allowing combination in a single irrigation zone.

Advantages

The MD40 provides adjustable spray range and angle without tools, precise irrigation that reduces water waste, and a reduced-flow rotary nozzle that improves water absorption by the grass. The Double Pop-up System and integrated filter protect the sprinkler from dirt, and the underground installation keeps the garden area tidy. The sprinkler’s compatibility with the GARDENA Sprinklersystem simplifies integration and zone planning.

Suitable for

• Automatic irrigation of medium-sized lawns (spray range 2.5–3.5 m)
• Integration into existing GARDENA Sprinklersystem layouts
• Mixed irrigation zones with GARDENA T200 or T380 nozzles
• Garden areas requiring discreet, underground sprinklers

How to use

Install the Pop-up Sprinkler MD40 into the irrigation line using the 1/2" internal thread and connect it to the GARDENA Sprinklersystem according to the system’s installation instructions. Adjust the spray range (2.5–3.5 m) and the watering angle (80–360°) by using the ergonomic adjustment features—no tools required. Check the integrated filter during routine maintenance and flush the line if necessary to prevent clogging.

Recommendations

For optimal water efficiency and uniform lawn growth, plan sprinkler spacing so spray ranges overlap slightly and combine MD40 units with T200 or T380 nozzles only within the same irrigation zone due to matched water flow. Regularly inspect the filter and the pop-up mechanism to ensure reliable operation.
