Kensington SmartFit Solemate Plus poggiapiedi - nero

As a result of the prolonged sitting inherent in desk-based roles, many professionals struggle with leg and foot discomfort as well as impaired circulation. The SmartFit™ Solemate™ Plus Foot Rest is a useful ergonomic solution for supporting a more comfortable workstation. Thoughtfully designed to simplify proper ergonomic fit, it supports your legs at the optimum angle to reduce muscle strain and fatigue and provides a foot-operated pedal so you can easily adjust the tilt angle throughout the day. Elevate your feet, improve your posture and support better blood flow for a more comfortable and productive workday.

How to use

Place the footrest on the floor in front of your desk so that your feet rest comfortably on the platform. Adjust the height to a position where your knees are at or slightly below hip level, and set the tilt angle using the lockable tilt control to a comfortable angle (up to 20°). Ensure the textured surface is oriented for optimal foot placement and that the footrest sits securely on a flat surface before use.

Recommendations

Use the Kensington SoleMate Plus as part of an ergonomic setup: pair with an adjustable chair and proper monitor height, take regular standing or walking breaks, and adjust the footrest to maintain a neutral sitting posture.
