Kit di pulizia per telecamere per camion Axion AXICLEAR 1000 — soluzione detergente e strumenti per telecamere per veicoli

Axion AXICLEAR 1000 is a truck camera cleaning kit developed to maintain clear optical performance of vehicle cameras used on commercial trucks and fleet vehicles. The kit combines a purpose-formulated cleaning solution with tools designed to remove road grime, dust, oil films and insect residues from camera lenses and housings, helping preserve image clarity and reliable camera operation under daily working conditions.

Advantages

The cleaning solution is formulated for optical surfaces and evaporates without leaving streaks or residues, reducing the risk of smearing on camera lenses. Included tools provide controlled, safe mechanical cleaning for housings and delicate lens surfaces, minimising the chance of scratches. The kit is compact and designed for use at service depots or on-site maintenance, providing a consistent procedure for fleet camera upkeep and reducing the need for frequent replacements due to contamination.

Suitable for

• Maintenance of forward-, rear- and side-mounted vehicle cameras on trucks and commercial vehicles
• Fleet servicing and regular preventive maintenance checks
• Cleaning after long-distance or off-road operation where lenses collect dust and road film
• Preparing camera surfaces before inspection or diagnostic imaging checks

Key specifications

• Contents: dedicated optical cleaning solution and a set of application tools designed for camera lenses and housings
• Cleaning solution: fast-drying, low-residue formulation suitable for coated optical surfaces
• Tools: soft applicators and non-abrasive cleaning implements to reduce surface damage
• Packaging: compact kit format for transport and storage in service vehicles or depots

How to use

Begin by removing loose debris and large particles from the camera housing with a soft brush or compressed air. Apply the dedicated cleaning solution to a supplied soft applicator or lint-free cloth rather than directly onto the lens. Gently wipe the lens in a circular motion from the centre outward until the surface is free of visible residues. Use the non-abrasive tools to clean crevices in housings and mounting areas. Allow any remaining solution to evaporate completely before powering the camera or driving the vehicle to avoid attracting new contaminants.

Recommendations

For regular fleet use, inspect camera lenses daily or as part of routine vehicle checks and clean as needed. Avoid using household solvents, abrasive materials or paper products that may damage lens coatings. Store the kit in a dry place away from direct heat and follow any safety instructions on the solution label regarding flammability and skin contact.
