Kit raffreddamento a liquido ASRock Phantom Gaming 360 LCD — ventole da 120 mm, LGA1700/AM5/AM4, nero

ASRock Phantom Gaming 360 LCD is a liquid cooling kit for CPUs that combines a 360 mm radiator with three 120 mm high-airflow fans and an integrated pump unit featuring a 3.4" full-colour LCD display. Delivered in a black finish, the kit supports modern desktop sockets LGA1700, Socket AM5 and Socket AM4, offers ARGB lighting compatibility and is engineered for effective thermal management in gaming PCs and workstations.

Advantages

The cooling solution uses a 360 mm, 32 mm-thick radiator and reinforced 7 mm tubing to increase coolant volume and improve heat dissipation. Three 120 mm fans provide high airflow at variable speeds (up to 2400 RPM) with fluid bearings for durable operation. The pump assembly integrates a full-colour LCD for real-time system information and customizable visuals, while ARGB support enables synchronized lighting with compatible motherboards. Built-in 0 dB silent cooling behaviour stops fans at low load to reduce noise and extend fan life.

Suitable for

• High-performance gaming PCs requiring sustained CPU cooling
• Workstation systems with heavy multi-threaded workloads
• PC builds emphasizing visual customization and ARGB lighting
• Systems using Intel LGA1700 or AMD AM5/AM4 sockets

How to use

Install the radiator and fans in a compatible chassis location that supports 360 mm radiators, secure the pump block to the CPU following the included mounting brackets for the relevant socket, and connect fan headers and the ARGB/pump power connectors to the motherboard. Configure the LCD display and lighting through the supported software ecosystem or the pump interface to show system statistics or custom visuals. Apply a thin, even layer of suitable thermal grease between the CPU and pump cold plate before final mounting.

Recommendations

Ensure the case has sufficient clearance for a 360 mm radiator and allow airflow intake/exhaust paths for optimal performance. Use motherboard software or SignalRGB-compatible tools to synchronise ARGB effects and to monitor pump and fan behaviour. Periodically check fan mounting and radiator dust accumulation and clean as needed to maintain cooling efficiency.
