KS Tools 130.2010 chiave a gradini per gas, 3 stadi, 1/2-1"

Gas Stufen Key ks tools 130.2010 is a 1/2-inch, 3-stage torque adapter intended for stepped gas fittings and torque-controlled fastening. It is designed to be used with a 1/2" drive torque wrench or ratchet to deliver three predefined torque levels in sequence, enabling repeatable tightening of gas or similar fittings where stepped torque application is required. The adapter connects between the drive tool and the fastener, offering a compact solution for controlled incremental torque application in workshop environments.

Advantages

The adapter provides three discrete torque stages in a single compact unit, reducing the need to change tools during sequential tightening operations. Its 1/2" drive compatibility ensures compatibility with common workshop torque wrenches and ratchets, and the stepped mechanism delivers consistent, repeatable torque application to fittings. The unit is built for professional use, offering durable construction suitable for frequent use in mechanical and gas-fitting tasks.

Suitable for

• Sequential tightening of stepped gas fittings
• Controlled torque application in maintenance and repair work
• Workshop use with 1/2" drive torque wrenches and ratchets
• Environments where repeatable, incremental fastening is required

Key specifications

• Drive size: 1/2 inch
• Torque stages: 3 discrete levels for sequential application
• Function: stepped torque adapter for controlled fastening
• Typical use: gas fittings and similar stepped fasteners
• Construction: engineered for professional workshop use

How to use

Attach the adapter to a compatible 1/2" drive torque wrench or ratchet, then connect the adapter to the fastener. Apply torque using the drive tool; the adapter will engage its first torque stage and then progress to the subsequent stages as tightening continues, providing the predefined stepped torque levels. Follow the sequence required for the specific fitting type and stop at the final stage when the required torque is achieved. Inspect the adapter and fittings after use for proper engagement and wear.

Recommendations

Use only with tools and fittings rated for the applied torque range. Verify compatibility with the specific gas fittings and follow applicable safety and installation standards. Regularly check the adapter for signs of wear or damage and replace if any deformation or malfunction is detected.
