Tips

Always wear appropriate personal protective equipment, including safety glasses, gloves, and a dust mask, when using wire brushes. Ensure the brush is securely mounted and the angle grinder guard is in place. Let the brush do the work—apply moderate pressure and avoid excessive force to prevent wire breakage and premature wear. For best results, use the brush at a slight angle to the workpiece and move it steadily across the surface. After use, inspect the brush for damaged or loose wires and replace if necessary.
