kwb 607430 spazzola circolare e a disco a ruota a razze 10 cm

Cleaning intricate metal parts, removing rust from wheel spokes, or deburring a freshly cut edge can be tedious without the right tool. The kwb 607430 Round & Rotor Brush Spoke Wheel 10 cm tackles these jobs head-on with a 100 mm wheel of crimped steel wire, built to reach into recesses and follow contours that flat brushes miss. Mounted on a 6 mm shank, it spins up to 4500 RPM in a drill or straight grinder, stripping paint, corrosion, and scale from metal, wood, or stone with minimal effort.

Who is it for

This brush is for metalworkers, automotive restorers, welders, and serious DIYers who need aggressive yet controlled surface preparation. If you regularly clean threads, weld seams, rims, or castings, the spoke wheel design gives you the flexibility to work around spokes, bars, and tight radii without switching tools.

Tips

Always wear eye protection and gloves when using wire brushes—steel bristles can shed at high speed. Start at low RPM and increase gradually to avoid wire breakage. For best results on rust or paint, keep the brush moving and apply light pressure; let the wire tips do the work. After use, hang the brush or store it dry to prevent corrosion of the bristles.
