Lama circolare Metabo 628652000 21,6 cm per truciolare, legno duro, MDF, compensato, legno tenero

The Metabo 628652000 circular saw blade with a 21.6 cm diameter and a 3 cm bore is designed for accurate cutting of chipboard, hardwood, MDF, plywood and softwood. The blade construction balances cutting precision with durability to meet the demands of woodworking tasks ranging from furniture components to general carpentry. Its tooth geometry and material selection are intended to provide clean edges and consistent performance across a variety of panel and solid wood materials.

Advantages

The blade delivers precise, straight cuts with reduced tear-out on veneered panels and plywood. Its dimensions and bore size make it compatible with many common circular saws and table saws that accept a 21.6 cm blade and 3 cm arbor. Designed for repeated use, the blade retains cutting performance for typical workshop applications on both panel products and solid timber. The combination of tooth design and blade body provides a stable cut with minimal vibration when mounted correctly.

Suitable for

• Cross-cutting and ripping of chipboard and particleboard panels
• Precision trimming and sizing of hardwood components
• Cutting MDF for cabinetry and interior fittings
• Plywood cutting for construction and furniture parts
• General woodworking on softwood, including framing and joinery tasks

Key specifications

• Diameter: 216 mm
• Bore (arbor) diameter: 30 mm
• Material suitability: chipboard, hardwood, MDF, plywood, softwood
• Typical use: panel cutting and solid wood cutting
• Compatibility: compatible with saws accepting 216 mm blades and 30 mm arbors

How to use

Install the blade on a circular saw or table saw that supports a 216 mm diameter blade and 30 mm arbor, following the saw manufacturer's instructions for blade mounting and securing the arbor nut. Ensure the blade rotation direction matches the saw's indicated rotation and that the workpiece is securely clamped or supported. Set appropriate cutting speed and feed rate for the material: slower feed for hardwood and finer passes for veneered panels to reduce chipping. Maintain standard safety measures including eye and hearing protection, and keep guards in place during operation.

Recommendations

For best results, match blade type and tooth geometry to the material: use steady, controlled feeds on plywood and veneered chipboard to minimize tear-out, and use slightly slower feeds on dense hardwoods. Regularly inspect the blade for wear or damage and sharpen or replace when cutting quality declines. Store the blade in a dry place to prevent corrosion and avoid impacts that could deform the teeth or blade body.
