Lama per sega circolare Metabo HW/CT 216x30x28Z taglio legno a batteria Profi

The Metabo Circular Saw Blade HW/CT 216x30x28Z Cordless Cut Wood Professional is a purpose-built saw blade for cordless circular saws, engineered for cutting wood with precision. Its 216 mm diameter and 30 mm bore size match common circular saw interfaces, while 28 carbide-tipped teeth deliver a balanced combination of cutting speed and edge life. The blade’s geometry is optimized for clean crosscuts and rip cuts in a variety of wood types, making it suitable for on-site and workshop use where cordless saw performance is required.

Advantages

The carbide teeth ensure durable performance and maintain sharpness under repeated use, reducing the need for frequent sharpening. The tooth count and blade geometry provide smooth, accurate cuts with minimal tear-out on both softwoods and hardwoods. Compatibility with many cordless circular saws offers flexibility across different makes and models, and the standard bore size supports easy mounting and secure fitment.

Suitable for

• Crosscutting and ripping of softwood and hardwood
• On-site carpentry and renovation work with cordless circular saws
• Workshop woodworking tasks that require clean, precise cuts
• Cutting sheet materials like plywood and OSB when a fine finish is needed

Key specifications

• Diameter: 216 mm
• Bore (arbor) size: 30 mm
• Number of teeth: 28 carbide-tipped teeth
• Tooth material: tungsten carbide tips
• Application: designed for cutting wood with cordless circular saws

How to use

Install the blade on a compatible circular saw following the saw manufacturer’s instructions, ensuring the arbor and blade rotation direction match. Tighten the mounting flange securely and verify blade runout is within acceptable limits. When cutting, clamp the workpiece where possible, set the cutting depth to slightly exceed material thickness, and operate the cordless saw at full speed for consistent results. Allow the blade to cool between extended cuts to preserve tooth hardness and lifespan.

Recommendations

For best results, use this blade on clean, dry timber and avoid cutting nails or abrasive materials that can damage carbide tips. Periodically inspect the teeth for wear or chipping and replace the blade when cuts become rough or require excessive feed force.
