Lama per seghetto alternativo Bosch T 118 B acciaio rapido HSS 5 pz.

Bosch T 118 B High-Speed Steel (HSS) jigsaw blades are designed for straight cuts in solid, non-perforated sheet metal up to 6 mm thick. Manufactured from fully hardened, high-grade HSS, these blades deliver precise and clean cuts thanks to a fine tooth pitch of 1.9–2.3 mm. The pack contains five blades in a blister suitable for use with compatible jigsaw models and an overall blade length of 92 mm.

Advantages

The fully hardened high-speed steel construction offers durability and resistance to wear when cutting metal sheets. A fine tooth pitch provides smooth, accurate straight cuts across various medium-thickness metals from approximately 2.5 mm up to 6 mm. The blister pack of five blades ensures a small on-hand supply for repeated jobs.

Suitable for (tasks / use cases)

• Cutting solid, non-perforated sheet metal
• Straight cuts in medium-thickness metal panels (approx. 2.5–6 mm)
• Repair and maintenance work involving sheet metal
• Sheet metal fabrication tasks requiring precise edges

How to use

Install the Bosch T 118 B blade in the jigsaw according to the tool manufacturer’s instructions, ensuring the blade is secured and oriented for straight cutting. Use a steady feed rate and stable workpiece support to avoid bending the sheet metal. For best results on metal, set the jigsaw to an appropriate speed for HSS blades and allow the blade to do the cutting without excessive force. Replace blades from the blister pack as they dull to maintain cutting quality.

Recommendations

Wear appropriate personal protection (safety glasses and gloves) and clamp the workpiece securely. Use cutting lubricant when recommended for the specific metal to extend blade life and improve cut quality. Verify jigsaw compatibility with T-shank blades and follow the jigsaw manufacturer’s safety guidelines.
