Lame circolari Bosch Optiline Wood 2608640615

The Bosch Optiline Wood Circular Saw Blade (MPN 2608640615, EAN 3165140194099) is designed for precise, clean cutting in all types of wood and wood-based materials. It combines a dimensionally stable SK5 hardened steel body (> 40 HRC) with precision-ground carbide teeth and expansion slots to reduce vibration, noise and heat development. The blade is compatible with hand-held circular saws, mitre saws, sliding mitre saws and table saws.

Advantages

High-quality precision-ground carbide teeth provide consistent, clean cuts and long wear life. The SK5 hardened steel base ensures dimensional stability and cutting accuracy. Expansion slots in the blade body reduce vibration and noise while helping to lower heat build-up during use. ATB (Alternate Top Bevel) tooth geometry and varied tooth counts allow selection between finer surface finishes or faster, more aggressive material removal.

Suitable for

• Crosscutting and ripping in softwood and hardwood
• Cutting plywood, chipboard and other engineered wood panels
• Use with handheld circular saws, mitre saws, sliding mitre saws and table saws
• Professional woodworking and DIY projects requiring clean edges

How to use

Fit the blade to the saw following the tool manufacturer's instructions and ensure correct arbor size and flange orientation. Use appropriate blade guards and clamps where applicable. Select a blade variant with a higher tooth count for finer, cleaner cuts or a lower tooth count for faster, more aggressive cuts. Set the correct cutting speed and feed rate for the material, and allow the blade to reach full speed before engaging the workpiece. Maintain steady, even feed pressure and avoid forcing the blade through the material to reduce heat and wear.

Recommendations

For best results, match the blade tooth count to the work: use high-tooth-count Optiline Wood blades for finish crosscuts and veneered panels to reduce splintering; choose lower-tooth-count versions for ripping and fast stock removal. Keep the blade clean and sharpen or replace it when cutting quality or feed rate deteriorates.
