How to use

Install the GEP-0821 in a standard 19-inch rack or place it on a flat surface. Connect each PoE-capable device to the RJ-45 ports using Cat5e or higher cables to deliver both power and data. Ensure the combined power draw of connected devices does not exceed the total PoE budget of 123.2 W; the switch negotiates per-port power up to 30 W according to IEEE 802.3af/at. For non-PoE devices, use the ports as standard Gigabit Ethernet connections.
