Levigatrice orbitale Bosch GSS 12V-13 PROFESSIONAL 1000 RPM 2000 OPM nero, blu, rosso

The Bosch GSS 12V-13 PROFESSIONAL is a compact random orbital sander designed for portable sanding tasks on wood, painted surfaces and light composite materials. Powered by a 12V battery, it delivers up to 1000 RPM idle speed and an oscillation rate of 2000 OPM to provide a consistent finish. Its clamp/Velcro sanding-media fixing system allows quick abrasive changes, while the small footprint (131 mm width, 196 mm depth, 110 mm height) and lightweight construction (0.8 kg) support working in confined spaces and long periods of handheld use.

Advantages

The tool combines cordless convenience with the random orbital action needed to reduce visible sanding marks and produce a smooth surface. The clamp and Velcro fixing system ensures secure abrasive attachment and fast replacement. Its compact dimensions and low weight improve maneuverability and reduce operator fatigue during extended tasks. The unit's speed and oscillation characteristics are balanced to perform both material removal and finishing operations on a variety of substrates.

Suitable for

• Sanding and finishing wooden furniture and cabinetry
• Surface preparation before painting or varnishing
• Removing old paint or surface irregularities on small panels
• Smoothing edges and contours in carpentry and DIY projects

Key specifications

• Power source: 12V battery (cordless)
• Maximum idle speed: 1000 RPM
• Oscillation rate: 2000 oscillations per minute (OPM)
• Sanding pad fixing: clamp and Velcro
• Compact dimensions: approximately 131 mm width × 196 mm depth × 110 mm height
• Weight: approximately 0.8 kg
• Suitable for use with various abrasive grits for removal and finishing

How to use

Fit a compatible sanding pad to the tool using the clamp or Velcro fastening and secure the battery according to the battery/interface system recommended by the manufacturer. Switch the sander on and allow it to reach operating speed before placing the pad against the workpiece. Move the sander with light, even pressure across the surface, keeping it flat to avoid gouging. For best results, progress through abrasive grits from coarser to finer until the desired finish is achieved. Turn off the tool and remove the battery before changing abrasives or performing maintenance.

Recommendations

Use appropriate personal protective equipment such as eye protection, a dust mask and hearing protection. Select abrasive grit based on the task: coarser grits for rapid material removal, finer grits for smoothing and polishing. Ensure the battery is charged and compatible with the tool, and allow periodic breaks to avoid overheating during prolonged use.
