How to use

Install a refill cartridge by opening the stapling unit’s cartridge compartment according to the device manual, inserting a single 1,000-staple cartridge until it clicks into place, and closing the compartment. Replace cartridges individually as they are depleted; do not attempt to force multiple cartridges into a single slot. After refilling, run a short test stapling cycle to confirm correct feed and clinch alignment before resuming normal production.

Recommendations

Store the staples in a dry environment at room temperature, away from corrosive chemicals and excessive humidity. Use only cartridges and staple types specified for your Lexmark finishing unit to maintain warranty and avoid damage. If stapling issues persist after replacement, consult the device service guide for alignment and maintenance procedures.
