Lindy 30m USB 3.0 Active Extension Pro USB A a USB A 5 Gbit/s

The Lindy 30m USB 3.0 Active Extension Cable Pro (USB A to USB A) is a 30-metre active extension cable that enables connection of USB 3.0 SuperSpeed peripherals over long distances while supporting data transfer rates up to 5 Gbps. The cable uses active electronics and locking connectors to maintain signal integrity in extended installations and can be used standalone or as part of the Lindy USB 3.0 Active Extension System Pro for modular multi-device setups.

Advantages

This cable provides reliable high-speed USB 3.0 (USB 3.2 Gen 1) performance over 30 m, gold-plated contacts for improved contact quality, and locking connectors for secure physical connections. Built-in active technology compensates for signal loss over long distances and makes the cable suitable for demanding environments. It is compatible with other USB 3.0/3.1/3.2 devices when using USB Type-A host interfaces.

Suitable for

• Extending a PC’s USB A port to remote USB 3.0 SuperSpeed peripherals
• Video capture, external storage and high-speed data transfer over distance
• Integration into the Lindy USB 3.0 Active Extension System Pro for multi-device distribution
• Environments requiring secure, locked USB connections

For installations exceeding 30 m or when combining multiple cables, follow the Lindy USB 3.0 Active Extension System Pro guidelines: the first cable attached to the computer must be the 8 m (No. 43158) or 15 m (No. 43229) Active Extension Pro unit, and you may cascade additional Extension Pro cables up to a maximum system reach of 40 m depending on configuration.

Recommendations

When connecting multiple devices or devices with high power demands, finish the extension chain with the 10 m Hub Pro (No. 43159) and its external power supply. Always use compatible USB Type-A host interfaces and follow the specified sequence when building a multi-cable Extension System Pro installation to ensure reliable performance.
