Macina pepe PEUGEOT BISTRO legno di faggio 10 cm, macina pepe manuale

The PEUGEOT BISTRO pepper mill is a compact manual grinder crafted from beech wood and standing 10 cm tall. Designed for use at the table or in the kitchen, this pepper grinder combines a classic silhouette with a solid wooden finish. It contains a Peugeot grinding mechanism with adjustable grind settings, enabling consistent and controllable pepper grinding for small servings, everyday seasoning, or portable use.

Advantages

The beech wood body provides a durable and tactile surface that resists regular handling while keeping the mill lightweight and easy to hold. Its manual operation requires no power source and allows immediate adjustment of coarseness via the Peugeot mechanism, delivering uniform results from coarse to fine. The compact 10 cm size is suitable for tight storage spaces and convenient to bring to the table or take on short trips.

Suitable for

• Seasoning individual plates or small servings at the table
• Everyday use in home kitchens where a compact grinder is preferred
• Portable use for picnics, travel or outdoor dining
• Precision seasoning when adjustable grind size is required

Key specifications

• Material: beech wood body with metal grinding mechanism
• Height: 10 cm
• Operation: manual, top or twist action depending on model handling
• Adjustable grind: yes, from fine to coarse via built-in mechanism
• Intended use: peppercorns

How to use

Fill the mill with whole peppercorns by removing the top or opening the designated filling point according to the model design. Set the desired coarseness using the adjustment knob or mechanism, then grind by twisting or pressing the mill over food. Periodically check the grind setting and refill when peppercorn levels are low. Clean the exterior with a dry or slightly damp cloth; avoid immersing the wooden body or mechanism in water.

Recommendations

Store whole peppercorns in a cool, dry place to preserve aroma and flavor. For consistent performance, avoid grinding salt or other hard spices in this pepper mill unless the manufacturer specifies combined use; use a dedicated salt mill for salt to prevent corrosion of metal parts.
