How to use

To use the PEUGEOT Paris pepper mill, fill the top chamber with whole peppercorns after removing the cap or top knob. Select the desired grind by turning the uSelect indicator to a coarser or finer setting. Hold the mill vertically and turn the head or body to grind pepper directly over food; for table use, operate with one hand if preferred. Refill as needed and wipe the exterior with a damp cloth to maintain the lacquered finish.

Recommendations

Use whole, dry peppercorns for optimal performance. Avoid grinding wet or spiced mixtures that can clog the mechanism. Periodically check the grind setting and clean the exterior; avoid immersing the mill in water to protect the wooden body and the internal grinding mechanism.
