Mammut First Zip 8 Zaino da trekking per bambini 8L - Deep Ice/Cool Blue

Young explorers need gear that matches their energy, and the Mammut First Zip 8 delivers with a playful plush companion and a carry system scaled for small bodies. Unlike generic kids' packs that simply shrink adult designs, this 8-litre daypack uses a contact back system and adjustable sternum strap to keep the load stable on shoulders aged roughly two to nine years. The deep ice and cool blue colourway is finished with reflective elements for extra visibility on family hikes, forest walks, or the daily route to kindergarten.

Highlights

• 8-litre capacity sized for children, with a zippered main compartment and easy-access front zip pocket.
• Includes an embroidered Mammut plush toy that clips to the pack for a fun, personalised touch.
• PFC-free DWR coating on 300D polyester ballshadow fabric adds light weather resistance without harmful chemicals.
• Two mesh side pockets hold water bottles or small treasures, while an internal name label prevents mix-ups.
• Padded shoulder straps and an adjustable sternum strap keep the pack comfortable and secure during active play.

In daily use

From the first day of nursery to weekend summit attempts, the First Zip 8 adapts to a child's routine. The contact back system follows the spine's natural curve, reducing pressure points even when the pack is filled with snacks, a rain jacket, and a favourite toy. The front zip pocket offers quick access to small essentials, and the mesh side pockets stretch to hold a 0.5-litre bottle. Because the plush toy is detachable, parents can wash it separately or swap it for a different character to keep motivation high. Reflective details on the front and straps help drivers and cyclists spot little hikers in low light, while the name and address label inside the main compartment ensures lost packs find their way home.
