Rebel Active RBA-2325 rubber-coated pair 2 x 7 kg are fixed-weight dumbbells designed for home and gym strength training. Each dumbbell weighs 7 kg and features a rubber-coated head to reduce noise and protect floors. The compact design and ergonomic handle make them suitable for presses, rows, squats and unilateral movements, providing a straightforward solution for progressive resistance training and functional fitness sessions.

Advantages

The rubber coating on the heads minimizes impact and floor damage while also reducing clanging sounds during workouts. A solid, fixed-weight construction ensures durability and eliminates the need for plate changes, and the ergonomic grip promotes secure handling during dynamic and static exercises. The compact form factor makes storage easier and keeps the weights stable when placed on the floor.

How to use

Use the Rebel Active 2 x 7 kg dumbbells for a wide range of exercises. For pressing movements, position the dumbbells at shoulder level and press upward while maintaining core tension. For rows, hinge at the hips and pull the weight towards the torso with controlled motion. For lower-body work, hold a single dumbbell at chest height for goblet squats or use one in each hand for lunges. Focus on controlled tempo, proper breathing and joint alignment to reduce injury risk.

What to consider before purchase

Recommendations

For balanced development, combine bilateral and unilateral exercises, start with lighter technical sets to establish form, then progress to working sets. Maintain a mix of compound and isolation movements and allow adequate recovery between sessions when increasing frequency or load.
