Metabo Set punte e cricchetto SP, 26 pezzi (626701000)

The Metabo 626701000 drill bit set contains 26 pieces crafted from Chromium-Vanadium steel (Cr-V) and finished with a stainless-look surface for improved resistance to corrosion and wear. The set combines multiple tip geometries — Phillips, Pozidriv, Slot and Torx — to cover a wide range of fastening tasks in metal, wood and many types of plastics. Designed to fit standard bit holders and power drivers, this compact collection aims to provide a practical selection for workshop and on-site use.

Advantages

The Cr-V material offers strength and hardness suitable for repeated use while the stainless-look finish reduces the risk of oxidation. Multiple tip types in one set eliminate the need to buy separate bits for different screw profiles. The assortment supports compatibility with common screwhead standards and is sized to suit both precision and general fastening operations. The uniform shank geometry ensures stable seating in chucks and bit holders.

Suitable for

• General assembly and repair work around the home
• Professional maintenance and on-site service tasks
• Woodworking and furniture assembly
• Metal sheet fastening and light fabrication
• Plastics and composite panel installation

Key specifications

• Number of pieces: 26
• Material: Chromium-Vanadium steel (Cr-V)
• Tip types: Phillips, Pozidriv, Slot, Torx
• Finish: stainless-look / corrosion-resistant surface
• Shank: standard bit shank compatible with common bit holders and power drivers

How to use

Select the correct tip type and size for the screw head to avoid cam-out or damage. Insert the bit securely into the driver or bit holder until it seats firmly. Use appropriate torque settings on powered drivers and start at low speed for initial engagement, increasing speed as the bit tracks correctly. For manual screwdriving, maintain axial pressure to keep the bit aligned with the screw head. Inspect bits periodically for wear and replace any that show rounding or chipping.

Recommendations

Use PPE such as safety glasses when working with power tools. Avoid excessive side load or bending on the bits to prolong life. Store the set in a dry place to maintain the corrosion-resistant finish and clean bits after use if exposed to moisture or contaminants.
