Metaltex Jammy termometro per marmellate e zucchero, acciaio inox e vetro, argento, da 40°C a 200°C 298048010

The Metaltex Jammy is a purpose-built jam and sugar thermometer that combines a stainless steel housing with a heat-resistant glass tube, offering clear, large markings for precise temperature monitoring during candy making, sugar work, and deep frying. Unlike generic kitchen thermometers, its integrated adjustable pot clip keeps the probe securely attached to the pan, allowing hands-free operation while you focus on the recipe.

Highlights

• Dual-scale display: Celsius (40°C to 200°C) and Fahrenheit (100°F to 400°F)
• Durable stainless steel housing with heat-resistant glass tube
• Integrated adjustable pot clip for secure attachment to cookware
• Large, clear markings for easy reading
• Ideal for jam making, candy making, sugar work, and deep frying

In daily use

The Jammy thermometer clips onto the side of your pot, keeping the probe immersed in the liquid without touching the bottom. The analog display responds quickly to temperature changes, and the bold markings help you hit critical stages like the jam setting point or hard-crack sugar stage. After use, hand washing is recommended to preserve the glass tube and stainless finish.
