Metro rigido KS Tools 300.0063 2 m bianco/giallo — metro pieghevole

Folding measuring stick ks tools 300.0063 2 m white/yellow is a practical, foldable ruler designed for precise linear measurements in workshops and on construction sites. With a total extended length of 2 metres and a compact multi-fold design, the measuring stick combines portability with the ability to reach standard measuring lengths. The white and yellow finish improves visibility of the scale on various backgrounds and durable printed markings ensure legibility over repeated use.

Advantages

The measuring stick offers a compact folded size for easy transport and storage while providing a stable, rigid profile when extended. Sturdy hinge joints maintain alignment across folds to support repeatable measurements, and contrasting colour sections enhance reading speed in different lighting conditions. The construction is intended for regular professional and DIY use, balancing durability and manageable weight.

Suitable for

• Measuring walls, beams and structural elements in construction
• Layout and marking tasks in carpentry and woodworking
• Site inspections and quick on-site measurements
• DIY home renovation and furniture installation

Key specifications

• Total length when extended: 2.0 metres
• Foldable multi-segment design for compact storage
• High-contrast white and yellow finish for improved scale visibility
• Durable printed measurement scale for repeated use
• Rigid hinge joints to maintain straightness when extended

How to use

Unfold the measuring stick fully until the hinge joints lock straight to obtain the full 2 metre length. Place the zero end against the reference edge and read the measurement at the required point along the scale. For measurements on uneven surfaces, support the stick at intermediate pivots to reduce sagging and ensure an accurate reading. After use, fold the sections back together in the reverse order for compact storage and safe transport.

Recommendations

Store the folding rule in a dry place to prevent dirt buildup in the hinges and avoid heavy impacts that could deform the joints. For best accuracy, check alignment periodically and replace the tool if hinge wear impairs straightness. Use the high-contrast scale in combination with adequate lighting to minimize reading errors.
