Modulo/registro contabile A4 Avery 1756

The Avery 1756 accounting form/book provides a practical A4-sized solution for recording financial transactions and maintaining organized account records. Each book contains 40 pages with a clear, pre-printed layout and is supplied in packs of two. The cover combines white and yellow cardboard that offers protection for pages while remaining lightweight for everyday use.

Advantages

The A4 format and pre-printed accounting layout simplify entry of dates, descriptions, amounts, and balances, reducing time spent formatting or aligning columns. A 40-page count balances capacity and portability, suitable for frequent entries without excessive bulk. The cardboard cover protects pages from wear and keeps sheets flat during writing, and the twin-pack format allows separate books for different accounts or periods.

Suitable for

• Small business bookkeeping and cashbook entries
• Personal finance tracking and household budgeting
• Recording invoices, receipts, and daily transactions
• Temporary or project-based account records

Key specifications

• Format: A4 (210 × 297 mm)
• Pages: 40 pages per book
• Cover: Cardboard cover in white and yellow
• Binding: Stapled or glued binding suitable for flat writing
• Layout: Pre-printed accounting columns and rows for amounts and balances
• Pack quantity: 2 books per pack

How to use

Open the accounting book and start entries on the first line of each page, recording date, description, reference, debit and credit amounts, and resulting balance according to the printed column headings. Use a pen or pencil that writes cleanly on the chosen paper weight; avoid heavy ink that may obscure adjacent entries. Close the cover after use to protect pages and store books flat or upright on a shelf to preserve the binding and keep pages in order.

Recommendations

For reliable record-keeping, assign one book per account type or accounting period and label the cover with the account name and date range. Keep books in a dry, temperature-stable environment to prevent warping of the cardboard cover and deterioration of paper quality.
