How to use

Place the BenQ SH5504 on a compatible mounting solution or stand rated for a 55-inch display, ensuring proper ventilation and access to power and signal connections. Connect source devices using the available AV inputs, configure display settings such as resolution and brightness to match the environment, and use onboard menus or control interfaces to manage input selection, scheduling and image parameters. For digital signage, deploy content via a connected player or networked management system and verify playback and scaling for 4K content.

Recommendations

For optimal legibility in bright rooms, set the display brightness close to its peak as needed, and calibrate color and gamma for consistent presentation of brand materials. Use recommended mounting height and viewing distance guidelines for meeting rooms to ensure comfortable visibility. Regularly inspect ventilation openings and keep firmware updated to maintain stability and compatibility with source devices.
