Morsetto a vite (vite senza fine) DeLOCK 19453

This stainless steel screw (worm gear) clamp by DELOCK is designed to secure hoses with diameters from 50 to 70 mm (7 cm). Constructed with stainless steel hardware and plastic components, it provides a tight and reliable hold on pipe ends without requiring additional tools. The clamp is finished in a green metallic color and is suitable for general DIY, home and garden applications where a secure hose connection is needed.

Advantages

The clamp combines stainless steel strength with durable plastic parts for corrosion resistance and longevity. Its worm gear (screw) mechanism allows precise tightening to achieve a firm seal around hoses and pipes. Tool-free installation on pipe ends simplifies fitting, and the compact design fits standard hose diameters within the specified range.

Suitable for

• Securing garden hoses to pipe ends
• DIY plumbing repairs and connections
• Workshop and light industrial hose fittings
• Home maintenance tasks requiring a tight hose seal

How to use

Slide the clamp over the hose end, position the hose onto the pipe, then move the clamp so it sits evenly over the joint. Turn the screw mechanism clockwise until the clamp compresses the hose securely against the pipe. Check the connection under working pressure and tighten further if any leaks appear. To remove, loosen the screw counterclockwise until the clamp can be slid off.

Recommendations

Inspect the clamp periodically for corrosion or damage and replace if the screw mechanism becomes stiff or the band shows wear. Avoid over-tightening to prevent hose damage; tighten only until a secure, leak-free fit is achieved.
