Morsetto BESSEY EHZ30-2K multicolore

The BESSEY EHZ30-2K Multicolour clamp is a bar clamp designed for general-purpose clamping tasks. With a nominal clamping width of 300 mm, depth of 200 mm and overall height of 300 mm, it provides stable holding force for assembly, gluing and positioning operations. The clamp combines a two-component ergonomic handle with durable materials to deliver repeatable performance for both professional and DIY use.

Advantages

The ergonomic two-component handle improves grip and control during tightening and releasing, reducing hand fatigue. Sturdy jaws and a rigid bar construction ensure secure clamping and minimize bending under load. The multicolour finish aids quick visual identification in a busy workshop. Designed for reliable daily use, the clamp balances functionality with straightforward operation.

Suitable for

• Woodworking glue-ups and assembly
• Holding workpieces for drilling or routing
• Light-to-medium metalworking tasks requiring restraint
• DIY projects, hobby work and small repairs

Key specifications

• Clamping width: 300 mm
• Clamping depth: 200 mm
• Overall height: 300 mm
• Handle type: two-component ergonomic handle
• Jaw material: durable metal with protective coating
• Finish: multicolour

How to use

Open the clamp by sliding the movable jaw along the bar to create sufficient space for the workpiece. Position the workpiece between the jaws so the clamp contacts the surfaces to be secured. Tighten using the ergonomic handle until the desired pressure is applied; avoid over-tightening which may damage materials. Release by loosening the handle and sliding the movable jaw away from the workpiece. Periodically inspect the bar and jaws for wear or buildup and keep them clean for consistent operation.

Recommendations

Use protective pads on the jaws when clamping finished or delicate surfaces to prevent marks. For extended clamping periods, check clamping pressure occasionally and retighten if necessary. Store the clamp in a dry place to reduce corrosion and maintain smooth sliding of the movable jaw.
