How to use

Position the clamp around the truss, pipe or bar ensuring correct orientation for the attached device. Insert and tighten the fastening screw or bolt until the clamp holds firmly without play; avoid overtightening to prevent damage to the truss or clamp threads. Attach the lighting fixture, laser or other equipment to the clamp’s mounting point according to the device’s mounting instructions, and verify the connection by checking for movement or slippage. Perform a load check and, where required by local safety rules, secure with a secondary safety cable.

Recommendations

Use the clamp only within its rated load capacity of 1000 kg and follow relevant local safety standards for rigging. Inspect the clamp before each use for signs of wear, deformation or damaged threads. When used in touring or outdoor environments, periodically check fastenings and protective finishes. For safety-critical installations, employ appropriate secondary safety attachments and qualified rigging personnel.
