Nastro adesivo Sew & Stick TESA On & Off 55231-00-01

tesa® On & Off General Purpose Sew & Stick on Tape is a hook & loop fastening system designed to attach fabrics to hard surfaces. The set includes a self-adhesive hook tape and a flexible sew-on fleece loop tape. It is suitable for garments, home textiles, decorations and repairs, and is designed for repeated detaching and reattaching—tested for over 10,000 open/close cycles. The product is supplied in black, 20 mm wide and 1 m long, in a convenient box (MPN 55231-00-01 / EAN 4042448859570).

Advantages

The tape combines a self-adhesive hook strip for permanent mounting on hard surfaces with a sew-on fleece loop that can be stitched to fabrics, allowing reliable fixation without permanent alteration of the object. It withstands frequent opening and closing—more than 10,000 cycles—and is available in various formats (tape, coin, square) to suit different applications. The 20 mm width and 1 m length provide a practical size for small repairs, upholstery and craft projects.

Suitable for

• Sewing and repairing clothing closures (e.g., replacing shoe fastenings)
• Fixing seat cushions, pillows and upholstery to chairs or benches
• Attaching home textiles and decorations to hard surfaces for easy removal
• Camper, caravan and motor-home upholstery that requires frequent rearrangement

How to use

Clean and dry the hard surface before applying the self-adhesive hook tape. Sew the fleece loop tape onto the fabric component using a suitable stitch and thread. Align the fleece loop with the mounted hook tape and press together to fasten. To remove, peel the two parts apart and reattach as needed.

Recommendations

For best adhesion, apply the self-adhesive hook tape at room temperature onto clean, grease-free and dry surfaces. Avoid application to delicate or painted surfaces without testing first. When used on outdoor furniture or in humid environments, check adhesion periodically and consider additional mechanical fixing if required.
