Nastro antiscivolo Tesa 60955-00000-02, rotolo 18 m x 50 mm di larghezza

Tesa anti-slip tape 60955-00000-02 is a self-adhesive safety tape supplied as an 18 m long roll with a 50 mm width. It creates a textured, high-friction surface that reduces the risk of slipping on stairs, ramps, walkways and other areas where improved grip is needed. The product is designed for straightforward application: cut to the required length, apply to a clean and dry substrate and press firmly to ensure adhesion.

Advantages

The tape provides reliable slip resistance through a coarse abrasive surface and a pressure-sensitive adhesive backing that bonds to many common substrates. Its roll format allows continuous application over long runs or multiple short strips and is easy to cut to size for custom installations. It is suitable for both indoor and sheltered outdoor locations and maintains grip performance under normal foot traffic.

Suitable for

• Stair treads in residential and commercial buildings
• Ramps and inclined surfaces
• Walkways, corridors and platform edges
• Industrial work areas and safety zones
• Boat decks and other areas requiring improved traction (sheltered use)

Key specifications

• Length: 18 m
• Width: 50 mm
• Self-adhesive backing: pressure-sensitive adhesive for direct application
• Surface: abrasive, non-slip texture for improved traction
• Application: cut-to-length roll suitable for continuous strips or individual pieces
• Intended environments: indoor and sheltered outdoor use under normal exposure

How to use

Ensure the surface is clean, dry and free from dust, grease or loose particles. Measure and cut the required length from the 18 m roll using scissors or a utility knife. Peel off the backing paper and apply the tape to the substrate, pressing firmly and evenly along the length to remove air pockets and ensure full contact. For best bonding, apply pressure with a roller or by hand, paying special attention to the edges. Allow the adhesive to set before exposing the area to heavy traffic.

Recommendations

For optimal performance, apply the tape at temperatures recommended for pressure-sensitive adhesives (typically above 10°C). On porous or rough substrates, test adhesion on a small area first and consider priming if necessary. Regularly inspect high-traffic installations for wear and replace sections that show significant abrasion or loss of grip.
