Nastro da imballaggio Tesa 04124, PVC, marrone, 66 m × 50 mm

Tesa 04124 packing tape is a brown PVC adhesive tape, 66 m long and 50 mm wide, designed for reliable sealing of boxes and parcels. The tape delivers consistent adhesion on corrugated cardboard and common packing surfaces, offering a long roll length suitable for continuous use in warehouses, offices and homes. Its PVC backing provides good tensile strength while the brown color conceals contents and gives a professional look to sealed packages.

Advantages

The PVC backing ensures tear resistance and dimensional stability during application and transport. The adhesive formulation provides immediate tack and durable bonding to corrugated cardboard, paper and many fibrous surfaces commonly used in packaging. With a 66 m roll length and 50 mm width, the tape minimizes roll changes and supports efficient packing workflows. The brown color reduces visibility of tape seams on brown cartons and contributes to uniform parcel appearance.

Suitable for

• Sealing corrugated cardboard boxes for storage and shipping
• General parcel packing in warehouses and fulfillment centers
• Office and home moving or storage tasks
• Securing lightweight bundles and paper-wrapped items

Key specifications

• Material: PVC backing with pressure-sensitive adhesive
• Color: brown
• Length: 66 m per roll
• Width: 50 mm
• Tape type: packing/sealing tape suitable for cardboard and common packaging surfaces

How to use

Cut or dispense the tape from the roll using a manual tape dispenser or scissors. Align the tape along the box seam and press firmly along the length to ensure uniform contact with the surface. For best results on corrugated cardboard, apply pressure with your palm or a roller to activate the adhesive and eliminate air pockets. Overlap tape ends by a few centimetres when sealing box flaps to ensure secure closure. Store unused rolls in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

Recommendations

Apply at temperatures above 10°C for optimal adhesion. Ensure surfaces are dry and free of dust, grease or loose fibres before applying the tape. For heavy or high-value loads, use additional tape layers or reinforced strapping as required by transport conditions.
