Nastro di trasferimento (trasferimento intermedio) Ricoh D0816050 per stampanti SPEC, parte OEM D0816050

Intermediate transfer belt Ricoh D0816050 for SPEC printers is an OEM replacement part designed to carry toner images from the imaging drums to the paper in the transfer process. Intended for maintenance and repair of Ricoh SPEC series devices, this transfer belt restores consistent image transfer, reduces print defects such as streaks or misregistration, and helps maintain overall print quality and reliability.

Advantages

The transfer belt offers stable and uniform toner transfer across a wide range of media weights and sizes. As an OEM specification part, it matches the original design tolerances to ensure accurate alignment and consistent contact with imaging drums, which helps preserve color fidelity and sharpness. Installation returns the device to predictable operating behavior and can extend the life of downstream components by preventing abnormal wear caused by a degraded belt.

Suitable for

• Maintenance and periodic replacement in Ricoh SPEC series printers
• Repair after observed transfer issues such as streaks, smudging, or color misregistration
• Service operations where OEM-grade replacement parts are required

Key specifications

• Function: intermediate transfer of toner images from imaging drums to paper
• Compatibility: designed for SPEC series Ricoh printers
• Form factor: flat belt assembly sized for SPEC printers' transfer unit
• Durability: engineered for reliable operation under typical office printing cycles
• Material properties: conductive and wear-resistant surface to maintain consistent electrical and mechanical transfer characteristics

How to use

Power off the printer and follow the manufacturer's service manual for safe access to the transfer unit. Remove the service access panels and carefully extract the old transfer belt using recommended ESD precautions and handling procedures. Install the replacement transfer belt by aligning it with the guide posts and securing any retaining clips or covers as specified by the device service instructions. After reassembly, run the printer's built-in maintenance or calibration routine to ensure correct registration and transfer settings before returning the device to production use.

Recommendations

Use genuine OEM parts and follow Ricoh service guidelines for replacement intervals and handling. Replace the transfer belt when print quality degrades or during scheduled maintenance to prevent collateral wear to imaging drums and fuser components. Store spare belts in a dry, dust-free environment away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
