Nastro in tessuto Tesa 50 mm x 50 m, nero, autoadesivo (57231-00000)

Tesa adhesive cloth tape, 50 mm x 50 m in black, is a durable fabric-backed, self‑adhesive tape designed for general-purpose applications in workshops, industrial settings and at home. The product combines a strong adhesive layer with a tear-resistant cloth carrier, providing reliable holding power on a variety of surfaces. The tape is formulated for bundling, reinforcing edges, sealing joints and carrying out temporary repairs where flexibility and load-bearing ability are needed.

Advantages

The cloth carrier gives high tear resistance along with conformability to irregular surfaces, while the pressure-sensitive adhesive ensures good initial tack and long-lasting adhesion. The tape can be torn by hand in one direction for fast application without tools. Its matte black finish provides a low-reflective appearance suitable for visible repairs or cable runs. The combination of fabric strength and adhesive performance makes it suitable for repeated handling and temporary load-bearing tasks.

Suitable for

• Bundling and securing cables, hoses and pipes
• Reinforcing seams, edges and joints on textile, cardboard or plastic
• Temporary repairs of torn materials, insulation or coverings
• Masking, marking or concealing areas in workshop and stage setups
• General-purpose sealing and holding tasks in household and industrial use

How to use

Cut or tear the required length by hand in the direction the tape is designed to tear. Ensure surfaces are clean, dry and free from dust, oil or loose particles for optimal adhesion. Apply the tape with uniform pressure along the area to be bonded or repaired, smoothing out any air pockets. For heavy loads or permanent fixes, overlap successive turns and apply additional tape layers as needed. Remove carefully by peeling back at a low angle to minimize residue on sensitive surfaces.

Recommendations

Use on clean, dry surfaces for best performance; avoid prolonged exposure to extreme heat or moisture when a permanent bond is required. Test on a small hidden area before applying to delicate materials to ensure compatibility and avoid surface damage. Store the tape in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to preserve adhesive properties.
