Nastro TESA 4651 50 mm x 50 m blu

TESA 4651 50 mm x 50 m Blue is a general-purpose masking and protection tape in a 50 mm width and 50 m roll length. The tape features a blue crepe backing and a pressure-sensitive adhesive designed to provide secure adhesion during painting, finishing and light protection tasks, while allowing clean removal without leaving adhesive residue on most surfaces.

Advantages

The tape offers reliable adhesion to a variety of substrates, a conformable crepe backing that follows contours and edges, and ease of tearing by hand for quick application. It removes cleanly from many common surfaces after short- to medium-term applications and resists paint bleed thanks to its backing and adhesive combination. The product is supplied in a compact roll suitable for manual use or tape dispensers.

Suitable for

• Masking during interior and exterior painting and decorating
• Surface protection for trim, fixtures and glass during renovation
• Temporary bundling or securing of lightweight components
• Marking and color-coding in workshops and construction sites

Key specifications

• Color: blue
• Backing type: crepe paper
• Adhesive: pressure-sensitive
• Width: 50 mm
• Length: 50 m
• Application temperature: suitable for typical room-temperature painting conditions

How to use

Clean and dry the surface before applying the tape to ensure best adhesion. Unroll the required length and press the tape firmly along the edges to create a tight seal. For curved or irregular surfaces, stretch the tape slightly and smooth it into place with your fingers. When finished, remove the tape slowly at a low angle to minimize the chance of paint lifting; removal is typically clean for short- to medium-term use.

Recommendations

Use the tape within recommended temperature ranges for painting applications and avoid prolonged outdoor exposure if long-term residue-free removal is required. Test on an inconspicuous area if surface sensitivity is a concern.
