How to use

Install the ribbon according to the Evolis printer's instructions, ensuring the printer model supports the monochrome ribbon format. Confirm settings for black-only printing and run a test print to verify alignment and contrast before producing larger batches. Replace the ribbon when print density decreases or when the printer indicates ribbon depletion.

Recommendations

Store the ribbon in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and excessive heat. Use within the manufacturer's suggested storage period and handle cards after printing with care to allow inks or resins to set. For scanning or barcode readability, ensure prints achieve sufficient contrast and perform routine cleaning of the printer's printhead and rollers to maintain consistent output.
