Nastro per stampante Zebra 800300-254EM 800 pagine nero, ciano, magenta, giallo

Multipack of Zebra thermal transfer ribbons designed for use with ZC100 and ZC300 card printers. Each ribbon is 58 mm wide and 99 m long, providing approximately 800 images per ribbon. The ribbon formulation and media length deliver consistent text, graphics and small barcode printing on plastic cards, supporting ID, access control and membership card applications where durable, high-contrast output is required.

Advantages

This multipack offers reliable, repeatable print performance across multiple cartridges, maintaining consistent density and sharpness for text and fine graphics. The 58 mm width matches standard card-printing panels to minimise waste, while the 99 m length reduces the frequency of ribbon changes during medium-volume production. The ribbon chemistry is optimised for plastics to resist scuffing and retain legibility for typical card-lifetime use.

Suitable for

• Single- and dual-sided plastic ID cards
• Access control and employee badges
• Membership and loyalty cards with small barcodes or QR codes
• Low- to medium-volume card issuance environments (reception desks, small offices, kiosks)

Key specifications

• Ribbon type: thermal transfer (film)
• Compatibility: designed for Zebra ZC100 and ZC300 series card printers
• Width: 58 mm
• Length per ribbon: 99 m
• Estimated yield: ~800 images per ribbon (depends on image coverage and card layout)
• Prints: high-contrast monochrome text, graphics and small barcodes
• Intended media: plastic cards (PVC and coated card stocks)

How to use

Install the ribbon into the ZC100 or ZC300 printer according to the printer manufacturers instructions, ensuring correct orientation and tension. Use printer drivers and settings matched to thermal transfer media and card material; select appropriate darkness and speed settings for optimal print density. Monitor ribbon remaining using the printers status indicators and replace ribbons when image quality begins to degrade. For best results, allow printed cards to dry briefly before handling and store unused ribbons in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

Recommendations

For consistent results, test print a sample when changing card stock or adjusting printer settings. Use recommended cleaning kits and regular printer maintenance to prevent contaminants from affecting print quality and to extend the life of both ribbons and printheads.
