Nastro TESA 4104 trasparente caucciù 66 m 15 mm

tesa® 4104 is a transparent packaging tape with a PVC-film backing and a natural rubber (caoutchouc) adhesive. With a length of 66 m and a width of 15 mm, this tape provides good tensile strength and elongation properties for secure sealing of packages in a variety of indoor and outdoor conditions.

Advantages

The PVC backing offers durability and resistance to abrasion while the natural rubber adhesive ensures strong initial tack and reliable adhesion to common packaging materials. The tape's transparency maintains package appearance and the specified tensile strength and elongation at break support secure closure and some flexibility under tension.

Suitable for

• Sealing corrugated cardboard boxes and cartons
• General packaging and bundling tasks
• Applications requiring visible contents or labels through the tape

How to use

Ensure the sealing surface is clean, dry and free of dust or oil. Cut or dispense the tape to the required length and apply to the overlap of the box or package, pressing firmly along the tape to ensure full contact and adhesion. For best results, apply at moderate temperatures and allow a short contact time for the adhesive to develop its bond.

Recommendations

Store the tape in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. For heavy loads or long-term storage, verify compatibility with the packaging material and consider a wider or stronger tape if additional strength is required.
