Nastro TESA 4163 33 m bianco

Tape TESA 4163 33 m White is a PVC-based adhesive tape designed for electrical insulation, cable marking and light repairs. The tape combines a soft PVC backing with an acrylate adhesive that gives high UV and temperature resistance, making it suitable for both indoor and outdoor applications for extended periods.

Advantages

The acrylate adhesive offers strong adhesion with resistance to UV, acids and solvents. The soft PVC backing provides flexibility and good conformability around cables and irregular surfaces. Rated for continuous use up to 105 °C and specified to remain functional outdoors for up to 104 weeks, the tape delivers durable insulation and repair performance.

Suitable for

• Insulating electrical cables
• Marking and bundling wires
• Temporary repairs of hoses or covers
• Indoor and outdoor applications requiring UV resistance

How to use

Ensure the surface is clean, dry and free of dust or grease before applying. Cut or tear the required length and wrap the tape tightly around the cable or repair area with slight overlap to ensure continuous coverage. For cable marking, wrap a few turns to secure the tape in place. Store rolls in a cool, dry place to maintain adhesive performance.

Recommendations

Not recommended for long-term load-bearing repairs or where permanent mechanical strength is required. Avoid application on hot surfaces above the specified temperature and on surfaces contaminated with oil or heavy soiling for optimal adhesion.
