Suitable for

• Sharpening standard graphite pencils at home or in the office
• Use in classrooms and educational settings for students
• Basic sketching and drafting tasks for artists and designers
• Portable use in travel kits and pencil cases

Key specifications

• Type: single-hole manual sharpener
• Operation: manual hand-crank or manual turning (single-hand operation)
• Finish: black housing
• Intended pencils: standard wooden graphite pencils (standard diameter)
• Mounting: desktop / freestanding
• Portability: compact and lightweight

How to use

Insert a standard pencil into the single sharpening hole and rotate the pencil gently while holding the housing steady, or rotate the housing around the pencil if the design uses an internal blade mechanism with a turning handle. Sharpen slowly to avoid excessive removal of material and check the point periodically until the desired sharpness is reached. Empty the shavings container as needed to maintain performance and to prevent clogging.

Recommendations

For consistent results, use standard wooden graphite pencils of conventional diameter and avoid forcing oversized or mechanical pencil leads into the hole. Regularly empty the shaving reservoir and, if accessible, clean the blade area gently to remove dust. Store the sharpener in a dry place to preserve the housing and blade condition.
