Wear the watch snugly on your wrist for accurate heart rate readings and rinse the band after exposure to sweat or saltwater.

Recommendations

For best results, update the watch firmware regularly, calibrate any external sensors through the companion app if used, and start with shorter runs to let the heart rate algorithm adapt to your physiology. If you plan frequent open-water exposure, rinse and dry the watch after each session to maintain longevity.
